Description:
Many construction companies are successful because of strong execution, hard work, and industry expertise. But growth becomes harder to sustain when decisions are made reactively instead of strategically.
The Strategic Thinking Series is a four-part learning experience designed specifically for construction industry leaders who want to create a clear vision for the future, align their teams around common goals, and build a practical plan for sustainable growth.
Through three interactive webinars and a culminating Strategic Planning Town Hall, participants will move step-by-step through the strategic planning process. Along the way, they will develop a personalized Strategic Planning Workbook that transforms concepts into action and serves as the foundation for a strategic roadmap they can take back to their company.
Participants will learn how to:
- Think beyond day-to-day operations and focus on long-term business priorities
- Define a compelling vision for their company's future
- Establish meaningful short-, medium-, and long-term goals
- Develop a mission statement that aligns purpose, value, and direction
- Assess their business through a practical SWOT analysis
- Build buy-in across owners, executives, and key stakeholders
- Turn strategy into actionable priorities and measurable results
The series concludes with a highly interactive Town Hall workshop where participants will apply everything they've learned, collaborate with industry peers, and complete a customized strategic plan ready for implementation.
By the end of the program, attendees won't just understand strategic planning. They will leave with a completed framework for their business, greater confidence in their leadership, and a practical roadmap for intentional growth.
Registration includes all webinars and the Town Hall. To maximize value and build a comprehensive strategic plan, participants should plan to attend the full series.
