The General Contractors Association of Hawaii cordially invites you to attend the upcoming Construction Update Webinar Series.

Federal, State and City agencies will be giving a presentation on their upcoming projects, procurement and regulatory updates.

Mr. Jade T. Butay
Director

Jade T. Butay, Director, has served as Director of the Department of Transportation since 2017.  Prevously, Mr. Butay served as Deputy Director of Administration at the Department of Transportation from 2011 to 2013 and again from 2015 to 2017.  Between his time serving as Deputy Director of Administration, Mr. Butay served as Deputy Director at the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.  Prior to commencing his service in State government, Mr. Butay served in various leadership positions in the private sector.   He received his bachelor's degree in business Administration from the University of Hawaii and his Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.
